Your Responsibilities:
- Active care of customers as well as sales of products and services.
- Analysis of customer needs and development of individual, suitable solutions.
- Building and maintaining stable and sustainable customer relationships.
- Comprehensive advice in the areas of mobile technology, internet, and TV.
Your Profile:
- Completed training in retail or an equivalent or comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to convincingly advise customers.
- Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus.
- Convincing and confident appearance
