Your Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU DO
- Actively supporting employees and clients
- You will rebuild your Permanent sector
- Acquisition of contracts, mandates & projects
- Active & passive sourcing of suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
- Interviewing candidates (virtually, physically & partially on-site)
- Creating dossiers, participating in assessments and profile analyses
- Account management and expanding the client portfolio
Your Profile:
WHO YOU ARE
- You are a talent in approaching and attracting people
- You are highly communicative, confident, and persuasive
- You are fluent in German and ideally also in English and/or French
- You use social media, communities & other platforms confidently for your active sourcing
- Your appearance with clients is winning, convincing, and sustainable
- You enrich our great team with your creativity & your craftsmanship
