Your Responsibilities:
- Active support of customers as well as selling products and services.
- Analysis of customer needs and development of individual, suitable solutions.
- Building and long-term maintenance of stable and sustainable customer relationships.
- Comprehensive consulting in the areas of mobile technology, internet, and TV.
Your Profile:
- Completed training in retail or an equivalent or comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to convincingly advise customers.
- Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Confident and secure appearance
