Your Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU DO
- Care and further development of an existing customer portfolio
- Active & passive sourcing of suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
- Interviews of candidates (virtually, physically & partly on-site)
- Preparation of dossiers, involvement in assessments and profile analyses
- You play an important role in building and further developing the permanent sector as well as body leasing, actively shaping these business areas together with the team
Your Profile:

- You are a talent in engaging and attracting people
- You are highly communicative, self-assured, and persuasive
- You are fluent in German and preferably also in English and/or French
- You confidently use social media, communities & other platforms for your active sourcing
- Your presence with clients is winning, convincing, and sustainable
- You enrich our great team with your creativity & craftsmanship
