Your Responsibilities:
- You manage a portfolio of residential properties in the Zurich area.
- Preparation and management of the annual budget including forecasts.
- Leadership and training of subordinate staff.
- Support and advise tenants and owners as well as managing the facility managers.
- Ensuring and supervising maintenance and periodic condition assessments.
- Implementation of lease agreements and rental rate changes.
Your Profile:
- Federal diploma in real estate management or equivalent training.
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge.
- High social and self-competence.
- Affinity for new technologies and openness to changes.
