Your Responsibilities:
You manage a portfolio of residential properties in the Zurich area.
Creation and management of the annual budget including forecasts.
Leading and training subordinate employees.
Support and advise tenants and owners as well as manage the Facility Managers.
Ensure and accompany maintenance and periodic condition assessments.
Implementation of lease and rent changes.
Your Profile:
Federal diploma in property management or equivalent further training.
Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
Good knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge.
High social and self-competence.
Affinity for new technologies and openness to changes.
