Your Responsibilities:
- You manage a portfolio of residential properties in the Zurich area.
- Creation and management of the annual budget including forecasts.
- Leading and training subordinate employees.
- Support and advise tenants and owners as well as manage the Facility Managers.
- Ensure and accompany maintenance and periodic condition assessments.
- Implementation of lease and rent changes.
Your Profile:
- Federal diploma in property management or equivalent further training.
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge.
- High social and self-competence.
- Affinity for new technologies and openness to changes.
