Your Responsibilities:
- First-level support for internal employees as well as external users
- Receiving, analyzing and processing IT inquiries and issue reports
- Monitoring and ensuring stable IT and network operations
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (hardware and software)
- User and permission management
- Error analysis as well as independent troubleshooting or forwarding to further support channels
- Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and optimizations
- Clean documentation in the ticketing system
Your Profile:
- Experience in IT support, monitoring or helpdesk environment
- Proficient in working with ticketing systems
- Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and quick response capability in case of disturbances
- Clear and understandable communication in German and English
- Team player, flexible and ready for shift work
