For a renowned client in the Aargau or Bern area, we are looking for an engaged individual in the field of IT Support/Network Operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- First-level support for internal employees as well as external users
- Receiving, analyzing, and processing IT inquiries and malfunction reports
- Monitoring and ensuring stable IT and network operations
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workplaces (hardware and software)
- User and access management
- Error analysis and independent troubleshooting or forwarding to further support points
- Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and optimizations
- Clear documentation in the ticketing system
Your Profile:
- Experience in IT support, monitoring, or helpdesk environment
- Proficient use of ticketing systems
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working method
- Analytical thinking and quick responsiveness to incidents
- Clear and understandable communication in German and English
- Team player, flexible, and willing to work shifts
