For our client in the finance sector in Zurich, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality to support the existing team as HR Supporter 50-60% – Region ZH who works calmly, structured, and solution-oriented even in hectic situations or with more complex issues and ensures a high quality of service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing of employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Creation of references
  • Maintenance of the electronic personnel file
  • Interface to Payroll and IT Service Desk
  • Administrative support for partners
  • Participation in various projects

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in the HR department (Administration)
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form
  • Know-how in MS Office programs
  • Experience in SAP or other HR information systems is an advantage
