For our client in the finance sector in Zurich, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality to support the existing team as HR Supporter 50-60% – Region ZH who works calmly, structured, and solution-oriented even in hectic situations or with more complex issues and ensures a high quality of service.
Your Responsibilities:
Processing of employee onboarding and offboarding
Creation of references
Maintenance of the electronic personnel file
Interface to Payroll and IT Service Desk
Administrative support for partners
Participation in various projects
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in the HR department (Administration)
Open and communicative personality
Fluent German in spoken and written form
Know-how in MS Office programs
Experience in SAP or other HR information systems is an advantage
