For our client in the Zurich region, we are looking for an empathetic, communicative, and cheerful person as support for the existing team starting immediately or by arrangement as aCUSTOMER ADVISOR 100% REGION ZHwith technical affinity, who can maintain patience and a cool head even in hectic times or more complicated cases. Your Responsibilities:
- Written and telephone consultation of customers
- Support for various projects
- Affinity for IT and enjoyment of modern tools
- Ensuring the specified service levels
- You are always a point of contact for customers as well as for teams and colleagues from the specialist departments
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial training or have solid experience in sales/customer service
- VBV training is a great advantage
- You enjoy contact with people, and your goal is to help every customer to the best of your ability.
- You have a pronounced IT affinity and are skilled in handling modern technologies. Additionally, you enjoy working on the phone and screen.
- You are articulate and have very good German and English skills.
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a big plus.
