For our client in the Zurich region we are looking for an empathetic, communicative, and upbeat person as support for the existing team starting immediately or by agreement as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR DE/IT 100% REGION ZH with technical affinity, who can maintain patience and a cool head even in hectic times or more complicated cases. Your Responsibilities:
- Written and telephone advice to customers
- Support for various projects
- Affinity for IT and enjoyment with modern tools
- Ensuring the specified service level
- You are always a contact person for both customers and teams and colleagues from the specialist departments
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial training or have solid experience in sales or customer service
- Italian language skills are mandatory
- You enjoy contact with people, and your goal is to help each customer as best as possible.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and are skilled in handling modern technologies. Additionally, you enjoy working on the phone and computer.
- You are articulate and have very good German and English skills.
