Your Responsibilities:
Telephone consulting for customers (worldwide)
Inquiries about debit and credit card blocks and various transaction clarifications
Card blocks, card replacements, and initiation of damage-reducing measures
Analyze fraud suspicion cases
Your Profile:
Completed commercial or equivalent training
Experience in telephone customer contact and shift work is advantageous
German, French, and English language skills are impeccable and fluent
Italian language skills are a great advantage
Good MS Office skills
Motivated, authentic, and customer-oriented personality
