Then you are the reinforcement in our client's service team as Customer Advisor 1st Level 100% (all genders) and shine through perfect customer feedback.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Telephone consulting for customers (worldwide)
  • Inquiries about debit and credit card blocks and various transaction clarifications
  • Card blocks, card replacements, and initiation of damage-reducing measures
  • Analyze fraud suspicion cases

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial or equivalent training
  • Experience in telephone customer contact and shift work is advantageous
  • German, French, and English language skills are impeccable and fluent
  • Italian language skills are a great advantage
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Motivated, authentic, and customer-oriented personality
