For our client, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality in the sales internal service. In this role, you are an important hub between customers, internal departments, and the field service. You ensure that requests are handled professionally and customers are competently supported with your reliable and solution-oriented manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers by phone, email, and at the reception
  • Proper handling of inquiries as well as assisting in the selection of suitable products or solutions
  • Creation and follow-up of offers
  • Assisting in sales activities and administrative support of the sales process
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Administrative support for the field service in daily business
  • Ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal parties

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable work experience
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a service-oriented working style
  • Independent, structured, and precise working style
  • Convincing appearance and good communication skills
  • Interest in technical products or a technical environment
  • Motivation to learn new things and to develop professionally
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage
