Information:
For our customer in the banking sector in Zurich, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality to support the existing team as Collections/Accounts Receivable Clerk Multilingual – Zurich Region (80-100%) who works calmly, structured, and solution-oriented even in hectic situations or with more complex issues and ensures a high quality of service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Independent processing of collection and dunning cases according to internal guidelines and legal requirements
- Support and coordination of external collection partners in the handling of collection mandates and individual customer dossiers
- Execution and control of internal processes as well as administration and use of new tools for the proper handling of collection cases
- Preparation of final settlements, enforcement measures, and handling of vehicle sales (including collaboration with external service providers and fee control)
- Control and processing of write-off lists
- Participation in process optimizations, projects, as well as tests and digital developments
- Support in preparing meetings, cleaning lists, and conducting specific or annual analyses
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, and finance
Your Profile:
- Commercial training and 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in collections/accounts receivable
- Experience with financial or leasing products is an advantage
- Affinity for numbers, accuracy, and high quality awareness
- Resilient, independent working style with negotiation skills
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with assertiveness and teamwork abilities
- Very good German skills and French or Italian (English is an advantage)
- Very good MS Office skills
