Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting branch management in operational daily business
- Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
- Taking over branch responsibility in the absence of branch management
- Actively advising and supporting customers
- Ensuring an attractive product presentation and implementing sales promotions
- Responsibility for inventory management, stock organization, and ordering processes
- Planning personnel deployments and supporting administrative tasks
- Co-responsibility for achieving sales and quality targets
Your Profile:
- Completed training in retail (EFZ), ideally in the non-food sector
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- First or several years of management experience in retail
- Enjoyment in leading employees and advising customers
- Organizational skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills and solid knowledge of common office programs
